1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ab11 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing any section of the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all aspects of the ab11 Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, fishing games, card games, promotions, and any other product or feature made available by ab11 from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2.Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform"

  Refers to the ab11 website accessible at ab11.ws and all associated mobile and browser-based interfaces, features, and services operated by ab11.

• "Player" / "User"

  Any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or is otherwise accessing or using the Platform in any capacity.

• "Account Balance"

  The total amount of real-money funds held within a Player's ab11 account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

• "Bonus Funds"

  Promotional credits awarded to a Player by ab11 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.

• "Wagering Requirement"

  A specified multiplier applied to a bonus amount that determines the total value of bets a Player must place before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

3.Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on ab11, a Player must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• The Player must be at least 21 years of age. ab11 operates strictly as an adults-only platform. Registration by individuals under 21 is prohibited and any accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately closed and balances forfeited.
• The Player must register using their own true and accurate personal information. Providing false, misleading, or another person's details is a material breach of these Terms.
• The Player must be registering for personal, non-commercial use only. The use of automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited.
• Each Player may hold only one account on ab11. Multiple accounts per person or per mobile number are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are identified, ab11 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close them and void any associated bonuses or winnings.
• The Player must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion request, or third-party exclusion instruction currently in effect on the Platform.

4.Account Registration

To access the full functionality of ab11, Players must complete the registration process by providing accurate and complete information as requested. The following rules govern all accounts on the Platform:

• Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their password and registered mobile number. ab11 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access resulting from a Player's failure to secure their credentials.
• Any activity conducted through a Player's account is deemed to have been authorised by the registered account holder, regardless of whether or not the Player was aware of that activity at the time.
• Players must notify ab11 immediately if they suspect any unauthorised use of their account by contacting support at the email address listed in Section 14 of these Terms.
• ab11 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any point. This may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.
• ab11 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct that ab11 considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ab11 support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, subject to identity verification and any applicable pending wagering requirements on bonus funds.

5.Deposits and Withdrawals

ab11 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) through approved local payment methods. The following rules govern all deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although high-value deposits may require additional verification at ab11's discretion.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within standard processing windows. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily cutoff. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. ab11 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts not registered in the Player's own name, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ab11 may request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds a threshold determined by ab11 at its discretion.
• ab11 does not charge Players a transaction fee for standard bKash or Nagad withdrawals. Players should be aware that their payment provider may apply its own standard transaction fees, which are outside ab11's control.

ab11 implements anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Any transaction or pattern of transactions that raises AML concerns will be reported in accordance with applicable law. ab11 cooperates with financial intelligence units and law enforcement agencies as required by Bangladeshi law.

6.Bonuses and Promotions

ab11 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside an individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players who opt in via the relevant promotion page. A Player must meet the stated minimum deposit requirement to activate any deposit-linked bonus.
• Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses are subject to a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn as real money.
• Bonus funds expire 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the Player's account balance automatically.
• ab11 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a Player has already claimed a bonus that is subsequently withdrawn, the existing bonus conditions will apply until expiry or completion of wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active on a Player's account at any given time. Players may not combine bonuses from different promotions unless explicitly stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational gaming only. ab11 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where it determines that a Player has exploited a promotion in bad faith, used automated tools, or engaged in bonus abuse.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, IPL, and the T20 World Cup are offered at ab11's discretion. Availability, eligibility, and terms of seasonal promotions are subject to change and will be published on the Platform at the time of each promotion.

7.Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity conducted through the Platform:

• All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. ab11 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a confirmed bet except where an obvious technical error has occurred on the Platform's side and is acknowledged by ab11 in writing.
• Casino games on ab11 use certified random number generation (RNG) engines. The outcome of every spin, hand, round, or game event is independently and randomly determined. ab11 does not influence or manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the official records maintained by the relevant game provider or sports data feed shall be deemed conclusive. ab11's records take precedence over the Player's own records in all cases of discrepancy.
• ab11 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error, for example where incorrect odds were published due to a data feed failure or human error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's account balance.

8.Prohibited Conduct

Players are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the Platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, or registering an account on behalf of another person without that person's explicit consent and full knowledge.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to give a Player an unfair advantage over other Players or over the Platform itself.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, match-fixing, or any scheme intended to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or sporting event offered on the Platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, identity theft, or any activity that constitutes money laundering under applicable Bangladeshi law.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of the ab11 support team or any other user of the Platform through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, or security measure forming part of the Platform's technical infrastructure.

9.Responsible Gaming

ab11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. We believe that gaming should remain an enjoyable leisure activity and we provide tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a limit may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period of 48 hours to ensure the decision is deliberate.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a temporary self-exclusion (7 days to 12 months) or a permanent self-exclusion. During any exclusion period, the Player's account will be inaccessible and no promotional communications will be sent.
• Reality checks: Players may configure session time reminders that deliver an on-screen notification after a set period of continuous play, prompting the Player to review their session duration and spending.

10.Intellectual Property

All content published on the ab11 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interface elements, software, game assets, promotional materials, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of ab11 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content without express written authorisation from ab11 is strictly prohibited.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ab11 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with a Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to the following:

• Any loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including periods of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Technical failures, interruptions to service, or errors in game software that are attributable to third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications infrastructure outside ab11's direct control.
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including the forfeiture of bonus funds or winnings resulting from a breach of the eligibility, prohibited conduct, or wagering requirement provisions set out herein.

12.Amendments to These Terms

ab11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice to Players. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is the Player's sole responsibility to check the Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Where ab11 considers an amendment to be material — for example, a change to the wagering requirements applicable to all active bonuses, or a change to the withdrawal processing timeline — ab11 will use reasonable efforts to notify affected Players via the contact details registered on their account prior to the amendment taking effect. However, the absence of such notification does not affect the validity or enforceability of any amended Terms.

13.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh. Players agree to submit to such jurisdiction and waive any objection based on forum non conveniens or similar doctrines.
